Original WWII British WAAF Other Ranks Peaked Cap

Original British Women's Auxiliary Air Force (WAAF) peaked cap from WWII.

This wartime cap features the characteristic blue-grey wool crown, dark woven cap band, leather peak and brass RAF cap badge. It is an original example of WAAF service headgear worn during the Second World War.

The cap shows signs of age and use, including wear to the leather peak and ageing to the interior. These details are clearly visible in the photographs.
