Original early German Wehrmacht M31 Bread Bag (Brotbeutel 31), dated 1935

This is an early pre-war example made from grey canvas and fitted with the characteristic leather reinforcements and early metal fittings. The bag retains its original construction and period markings, including the “B35” marking and manufacturer marking to the interior.

The bread bag is in used original condition, showing authentic age, wear and patina from period use. The canvas and leather components remain complete and structurally sound.

An excellent and increasingly desirable example of early Wehrmacht field equipment, ideal for a German pre-war or early WWII equipment collection.
